Clean standards
All our product formulations combine effective, organic and clinically documented ingredients with scientifically demonstrated effects. They have been tested against physical, chemical and microbiological quality standards. Here are some of the steps we have taken to ensure that you receive the very best product:
- We have excluded 1,100 skincare ingredients that the EU Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety has assessed as being of concern.
- We do not simply import existing, ready-mixed products and give them new packaging. All our products are developed in collaboration with chemical engineers and dermatologists in Denmark and comply with stringent production standards.
- None of our products contains any of the 26 allergenic substances classified in accordance with the EU Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety.
- All our products are adapted to men's unique skin pH value (4.6–4.9).

We pack orders every day. Delivery times depend on your destination and selected delivery method.
You may inspect the item as you would in a store, but you may not normally begin using it. If the item has been used more than necessary, a deduction may be made for diminished value, and in some cases the amount may not be refunded.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking so you can follow the parcel all the way.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the item within 14 days. Returns should be sent to COMPACK APS (Att. BARK DNA), Borupvej 4, 7330 Brande, Denmark, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you want to cancel or withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us by email. You cannot withdraw simply by failing to collect the parcel without notifying us at the same time.
When you withdraw, we will refund payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.
You have a 24-month right to make a complaint. If an item is defective, you are generally entitled to repair or replacement first, and reasonable shipping costs are reimbursed for valid claims.
