Right of return
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 30 days. If you purchased several products in one order, you may withdraw from some or all of them. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a person chosen by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.
If you ordered several products and we cannot deliver them together, the withdrawal period runs from the day on which you receive the final product.

Important:
- Return products must be packaged securely.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or without delivery to the address.

DAO cannot be used for returns because it does not deliver to business addresses.

We pack orders every day. Delivery times depend on your destination and selected delivery method.
You may inspect the item as you would in a store, but you may not normally begin using it. If the item has been used more than necessary, a deduction may be made for diminished value, and in some cases the amount may not be refunded.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking so you can follow the parcel all the way.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the item within 14 days. Returns should be sent to COMPACK APS (Att. BARK DNA), Borupvej 4, 7330 Brande, Denmark, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you want to cancel or withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us by email. You cannot withdraw simply by failing to collect the parcel without notifying us at the same time.
When you withdraw, we will refund payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.
You have a 24-month right to make a complaint. If an item is defective, you are generally entitled to repair or replacement first, and reasonable shipping costs are reimbursed for valid claims.
