Frequently asked questions
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but you should normally not start using it. If it has been handled more than necessary, a deduction may be made for loss of value and, in some cases, no refund may be due.
Once you cancel, we will refund payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.

Delivery times depend on your destination and the delivery method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
