How To Use
When?
Use Cleansing Pads, pH-Balancing Toner and 24H Face Cream every morning and evening to create the best conditions for healthy, balanced skin. Use Hero Complexion Cream when you want to look like the very best version of yourself. Do not use it before going to bed, and cleanse your face before bedtime.
How?
Cleansing Pads: Gently wipe the face with a Cleansing Pad, moving it around until the skin feels clean and fresh. Do not wash your face with water after using Cleansing Pads. The product contains important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that care for and protect your skin.
pH-Balancing Toner: Close your eyes and spray the product onto your face as needed from a distance of approximately 30 cm. Allow it to absorb before applying the next product.
24H Face Cream: Massage the cream into the skin using circular motions.
Hero Complexion Cream:
Step 1:
Dispense a small amount onto the back of your hand. Pick it up with your finger and apply it to the cheeks and forehead, then use the remainder on the nose. Take particular care not to apply it to the beard or eyebrows.
Step 2:
Continue working the product into the skin until it is completely blended. If you want greater coverage, build it up in the same way.
Step 3:
Once the product is fully blended into the skin, you can gently pat over areas with stubble, but do not apply the cream directly there. If you have a longer beard, avoid the area completely.

We pack orders every day. Delivery times depend on your destination and selected delivery method.
You may inspect the item as you would in a store, but you may not normally begin using it. If the item has been used more than necessary, a deduction may be made for diminished value, and in some cases the amount may not be refunded.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking so you can follow the parcel all the way.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the item within 14 days. Returns should be sent to COMPACK APS (Att. BARK DNA), Borupvej 4, 7330 Brande, Denmark, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you want to cancel or withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us by email. You cannot withdraw simply by failing to collect the parcel without notifying us at the same time.
When you withdraw, we will refund payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.
You have a 24-month right to make a complaint. If an item is defective, you are generally entitled to repair or replacement first, and reasonable shipping costs are reimbursed for valid claims.
