Refund Policy
Refunds following withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days after the day on which you, or a person chosen by you, takes physical possession of the product. If you ordered several products and they are not delivered together, the withdrawal period runs from the day on which you receive the final product.
We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, except that:
- If you withdraw from only part of the order, the original delivery cost is not refunded.
- If you selected a more expensive delivery option than our least expensive standard option, the additional cost is not refunded.
We issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided evidence that it was returned, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fee as a result of the refund.
Inspection of the product
You are liable only for any reduction in the product's value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function. Where possible, return the product in its original packaging and package it securely.
Returning the product
You are responsible for packaging the product securely and for the return shipping cost. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

We pack orders every day. Delivery times depend on your destination and selected delivery method.
You may inspect the item as you would in a store, but you may not normally begin using it. If the item has been used more than necessary, a deduction may be made for diminished value, and in some cases the amount may not be refunded.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking so you can follow the parcel all the way.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the item within 14 days. Returns should be sent to COMPACK APS (Att. BARK DNA), Borupvej 4, 7330 Brande, Denmark, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you want to cancel or withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us by email. You cannot withdraw simply by failing to collect the parcel without notifying us at the same time.
When you withdraw, we will refund payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.
You have a 24-month right to make a complaint. If an item is defective, you are generally entitled to repair or replacement first, and reasonable shipping costs are reimbursed for valid claims.
