All our products are developed using formulas specifically adapted to men's unique skin and its pH value (4.6–4.9), helping to maintain the skin's natural, skin-friendly bacterial flora.
It has been scientifically demonstrated that men's skin has a lower pH value than women's skin due to higher sebum levels, endogenous steroid hormones and other sex-related biochemical differences. The pH value of skincare products is therefore particularly important for men, as a higher sebum level is a common cause of pH imbalance.
If your skin's pH value is too high (alkaline), it does not produce enough sebum, which can cause:
- Dry and flaky skin
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Inflammation and redness
If your skin's pH value is too low (acidic), it produces too much sebum, which can lead to:
- Acne
- Spots
- Blackheads
- Scarring and changes in pigmentation

We pack orders every day. Delivery times depend on your destination and selected delivery method.
You may inspect the item as you would in a store, but you may not normally begin using it. If the item has been used more than necessary, a deduction may be made for diminished value, and in some cases the amount may not be refunded.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking so you can follow the parcel all the way.
After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the item within 14 days. Returns should be sent to COMPACK APS (Att. BARK DNA), Borupvej 4, 7330 Brande, Denmark, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you want to cancel or withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us by email. You cannot withdraw simply by failing to collect the parcel without notifying us at the same time.
When you withdraw, we will refund payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back.
You have a 24-month right to make a complaint. If an item is defective, you are generally entitled to repair or replacement first, and reasonable shipping costs are reimbursed for valid claims.
